Transactions should be easily applied to different categories through splits. This should be able to happen on import through CSV and through the Add Transaction Modal.

Users can easily split a transaction on import/addition to multiple categories so their budgets are accurate right off the bat.
How to solve this problem
Add a button to the import row and to the add transaction modal that allows the user to simply split the transaction, calculate the split but not go over the transaction amount.
How do we validate the problem is solved?
Users transaction data will be much more accurate for their budgets way easier.
